But it will happen for sure next year. Arshad, however, is the least perturbed. For me, money is important, but not more than self-respect. Since then there has been no looking back for Arshad, who is hailed as one of the best actors in the industry today. He is a smart guy and I agreed to do this film when he came to me with the script. Excerpts from an interview: What took you so long to do a film after Welcome To Karachi I am more than happy sitting and chilling at home. I never had issues with anyone. However, if one talks about replacing me, then I believe that it is all about minting money in the movie business. I am doing Golmaal Again and after that I will start on the third instalment of the Dhamaal series. Which directors you are most comfortable working with I don’t want to be biased towards anyone.. I haven’t read the script, but I am very thrilled. I smoke when my kids are not around. Munnabhai 3 will happen only after that. I try to do films, which are exciting and interesting. Currently he’s looking forward to his next film The Legend of Michael Mishra, and says 2017 will be a packed year for him. The films I do have great scripts and I believe that producers need a bigger star than me to market the film. In the recent past, his career has had a few stumbling blocks when Welcome To Karachi and Guddu Rangeela didn’t manage to make an impact at the box office. I don’t find it funny.  

He had roles for me but I didn’t like them, so we never got to work together after Kabul Express.. I never hide anything from them like I never hide anything from my parents. The stronger actors will remain strong and the smaller ones will always struggle. Kabir and I are family — we chill at each other’s homes. When I got bored of comedy, I did Ishqiya and Jolly LLB. I don’t like watching such films. Besides Legend of Michael Mishra, what are the other projects you have got planned for next year Next year is going to be all about third and fourth editions of previous franchises. My kids are like my parents. I am happy that Akshay Kumar is doing the film. Sex comedies are making money and so more of China BOPP film factory those are getting made. How do you go about signing a film I get bored very easily. It’s a desi rom-com set in Patna in which I play Michael Mishra. This year and next year I will be busy with all old demons. How do you handle such things These things are out of anyone’s control. I know that I won’t ever do any kind of sex comedy. He is content with his own pace and is in no hurry to finish first.  

It is not Munnabhai Chale America, but an entirely new script. It is just unfortunate. Bollywood’s much-loved Circuit has clearly distanced himself from the rat race. Tell us something about The Legend. He has such a bizarre thought process, his own little world.. But I can’t blame the filmmakers either. However, the actor really arrived in 2003, when the industry met its very own Circuit in Munnabhai MBBS in 2003. There is a certain section of people that enjoy watching sex comedies. I feel he is one actor who can be ordinary as well as larger than life. I enjoyed shooting the film. Are you upset about not being a part of Jolly LLB 2 No, not at all. I am sure when people come to know about the film, they’ll love it. That way it is easy for them to promote and distribute their film. I am comfortable with each director I have worked with. It is sad that every film doesn’t get equal importance. I can’t see my kids watching me in some awkward situation on screen

Directed by Oscar winning visual-effects artist Christian Rivers, the film metalized BOPP film for sale is yet another hulking and overlong CGI adventure, attempting to deliver us a good entertainment, in which it only partially succeeds. A mysterious young woman, Hester Shaw (Hera Hilmar), emerges as the only one who can stop London - now a huge, predator city on wheels - from devouring everything in its path. Most of the action sequences remind of several other action films like Mad Max: Fury Road, Star Wars, Maze Runner: Scorch Trials and so on. Filled with metalized BOPP film for sale potholes and obnoxious characters, the story also does not explain the motive behind driving cities. Tom Natsworthy (Robert Sheehan), an outcast from London, joins forces with Hester and other outlaws. Hugo Weaving does make a fine baddie. Hera Hilmar takes first place, bringing a nice balance of wonder, courage, and intense emotions. The actors do their best with the script they have. The visuals, however, try to convince you to enjoy it but that just isn’t enough. But then these conflicts sometimes end without much of a struggle, and a bit anticlimactic at times.  

Unfortunately, theres nothing much here to hold the attention for very long. Together they form an unlikely alliance to kill Thaddeus Valentine (Hugo Weaving), a megalomaniac Hester blames for her mother’s murder. He delivers at times, but for the rest of the part, he too fumbles.Mortal Engines, which is based on the novel of the same name by Philip Reeve, is yet another action filled adventure flick, made on a massive Hollywood blockbuster but utterly missing the magic that belongs to the genre. Gigantic moving cities now roam the Earth, ruthlessly preying upon smaller traction towns. The action remains entertaining as our characters navigate the various hazards of the world, interjecting combat and emotions to keep it watchable. Sadly, the misfiring oddity of Mortal Engines is just as shallow and lacklustre as most cash-grabbing big Hollywood productions are these days.In the conclusion the film is nothing that you havent seen before in the similar genre

It is understood that the producers of the film are now expected to approach the courts or the Film Certification Appellate Tribunal in the national capital for redressal of their grievances.SRF Ltd and Reliance Industries have alleged dumping of the yarn and asked for an investigation into the matter. The protagonist of the film has an uncanny resemblance to a controversial self proclaimed Hindu godwoman.The probing authority "hereby initiates an investigation into the alleged dumping, and consequent injury to the domestic industry", the DGAD said in a notification. The censor board found the film depicting the god woman in bad light, indulging in promiscuous behaviour and promoting immoral activities and trafficking. If established that PVDC coated film dumping has caused material injury to domestic players, the DGAD will recommend imposition of anti-dumping duty. New Delhi: The government has started an anti-dumping probe into a select Chinese polyester yarn following complaints from SRF Ltd and Reliance Industries. Imposition of anti-dumping duty is permissible under the World Trade Organisation (WTO) regime. Interestingly, while the film awaits clearance from the CBFC its trailers are already doing the rounds of popular video sharing site YouTube.

One has to question the very meaning of censorship. Gautam Yadav, a gay rights activist from Humsafar Trust, refers to some statements from “right wing leaders” who claim to be “OK” with homosexuality only off the camera. And this colonialism comes with its own brand of regression, feel feminists and activists fighting for the rights of the LGBTQ community. Disappointed, angry and frustrated at their creative freedom facing the censor board’s axe, filmmakers feel it’s high time censorship itself is subjected to scrutiny and amendment.Close on the heels of Alankrita Shrivastava’s award- winning film Lipstick Under My Burkha facing CBFC’s ire for being “lady oriented”, another film has now made the censor board crack its whip —Jayan Cherian’s Malayalam film Ka Bodyscapes has been denied certification by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) for “glorifying the subject of gay and homosexual relationships”.”

Some filmmakers feel that censorship is an old colonial concept and question how the state can take liberties to limit filmmakers’ creative freedom. However, this growing intolerance against censorship on social media is something that works in favour of filmmakers. I feel some benefit of doubt has to be given to filmmakers,” says Shikha, adding, “We are not children that such topics need to be censored till date.. The laws are still the same and movies on such issues are still not getting certificates,” he says. And in that sense, it becomes a loss-loss game for the censor board because when you censor films, they garner so much more attention and people are even KPET film manufacturers more interested in watching those films. “Sexuality is a big problem in the industry. How many people would come KPET film manufacturers for that?” she asks. An age-appropriate certification makes sense to me but this denial of certification seems like a unique form of colonialism,” says Saba Dewan, a documentary filmmaker who has made films like Delhi-Mumbai-Delhi, Naach and The Other Song. So for filmmakers, the positive side is that it creates curiosity amongst people about what is being discussed and debated,” explains Shikha. It reflects only certain people’s point of view and seems like a very lopsided and restrictive approach,” says documentary filmmaker Shikha Makan, whose film Bachelor Girls, which talks about housing discrimination faced by single women in Mumbai, was given an ‘A’ certificate by the censor board because of the use of words like whore, sex, etc. “In fiction, censorship sounds completely ridiculous to me. “I feel happy that at least now we have access to debates and discussions. Their statements end up being only statements and there are no follow-ups to that

So, I want people to see the film with an open heart, and I will respect their opinions once they see the movie,” concludes Shahid. In a democracy, everyone has a right to their opinion and one needs to respect each other’s opinions. “I had just started promoting the film with a radio trail, and it had to be stopped,” sighs Shahid. “My heart goes out to him. I believe that it will be the same with Padmavati. “However, once we get a release date, we will be everywhere. I have been saying all along that you metallized film have to watch the film before forming an opinion. I’m just wishing and sending a lot of love and prayers to him everyday.— Sanskriti Media.

Despite the informal gag order on him, the actor minced no words as he requested those protesting against Padmavati to watch the film before passing a verdict, and wished Deepika well. It’s taking longer than what anyone anticipated; in the normal course of things it doesn’t take so long.“It has been a nice big circle, and we’re back to where we started from. “It’s in terrible taste. The CBFC should be the right body to take a decision. Why do you have so many preconceived notions about the film without knowing the facts of its content?”Shahid also comes down hard on the Karni Sena for threatening Deepika Padukone with physical harm. As one of the most anticipated movies of his career, Padmavati, has fallen into trouble, Shahid forgets he has a gag order on him.When asked if the situation has become tougher for his film to release, he rattles off, “I don’t think it has worsened.

I’m hoping that sooner than later — it’s already been pretty long — that we should get moving. Sanjay has been at the receiving end of criticism, and he hasn’t been able to show his film. I’ve not had the chance to meet him recently,” Shahid says. I’m surprised there are such things being said about a lady; I’m shocked,” he says. He was seen at the Mumbai airport with a posse of cops, as he left for New Delhi to appear before the parliamentary committee looking into the Padmavati controversy. We were all surprised by the turn of events. He, however, feels that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) should be the one taking calls, and not anyone else, something that happened during Udta Punjab.

“I’m glad you feel he is relaxed. For someone of his calibre, it’s not right for him to not be able to show his film at this stage in his career.Deepika Padukone in a still from film PadmavatiThe actor says that the team has had to abandon promotions in the absence of a release date.”Shahid has been no stranger to release controversies, with Udta Punjab falling into trouble last year too. Eventually, it’s all subjective.Shahid Kapoor can’t be kept quiet for long. I saw a lot of problems in Udta Punjab, and the film eventually released.

Do things with love because you have to believe that the person in question isn’t trying to deliberately harm us with his film.”Despite the troubles, Shahid’s director Sanjay Leela Bhansali was spotted in a relaxed mood, even as he had to step out with police protection. He’s probably the finest filmmaker I’ve ever worked with and he has tried his level best. Things aren’t extremely bad, but it’s very strange that people are choosing to decide what’s in the film without watching it; it’s very weird. Everyone is aware that the release date has been deferred.
